Frequently asked questions

Where does The Good Bread Project deliver to?

Currently we only deliver bread within the immediate Geelong area. We occasionally deliver to Torquay, Barwon Heads and surrounds as communicated via our instagram account @thegoodbreadproject. Please email us at jo@thegoodbreadproject.com.au if you have any questions regarding delivery locations.

When will my gifted bread be delivered?

Fresh sourdough is delivered every Friday. Only a small number of loaves are baked each week so all nominations are popped on a list and bread is delivered in order of date requested or by location. In most instances, your gifted bread will be delivered the week you request it.

How will I know when my gifted loaf has been delivered?

You can follow along on Instagram stories on Friday morning where we post pictures of the loaves that have been delivered. People love to read the beautiful messages that are sent with the bread so these are also shared to Instagram stories. We always take care to cover surnames or messages of a delicate nature however if you prefer for your message not to be shared, please email jo@thegoodbreadproject.com.au or simply leave a comment in the message section of your form.

What does it cost to gift a loaf of bread?

We simply ask for small contribution to the project so we can continue to deliver freshly baked artisan sourdough to good people in Geelong. A loaf of organic bread and delivery costs $18 in the Geelong CBD and surrounds. The Good Bread Project is based in Belmont – if your request is for a location outside of a 10km radius, we kindly ask that you factor this into your contribution. Your contribution is much appreciated and will go towards 100% organic ingredients, deliveries & production costs.
